Saving with Coupons

Take the coupon section out of the Sunday paper and put it aside for four weeks - don’t even bother to look at it. Four weeks later, open it up and clip everything that’s even remotely of interest, whether you’d buy it normally or not.

At that point, take the wad of coupons to the store and just look at the shelves. Magically, most of those coupons you have will sync up very well with stuff that’s already on sale on the shelves. When you combine the sale price and the coupon, you’ll usually be able to get items for next to nothing.

Will.I.Am

Will.i.am posts on the Black-eyed peas website that you can make 7% profit from album proceeds by embedding a player on your page. Can't hurt to try.
What a concept to prevent pirating. Way to go Will.i.am

Saturday Night Savefest

1.  Go shopping late Saturday night, and look for stuff you use that's on sale.
2.  If you finds it, skips it(!), (stay with me)....but,
3.  if it's sold out - and it often is, since Saturday is the end of the sale (stores let the displays run down, which leads to customers clearing the stocked shelves, which won't restocked until the night shift)
4.  you get a rain check.$
This way, you don't have to buy Corn Flakes until he he actually needs it 3 weeks later. You get it for the sale price of $2.50, not the usual $3.39. You may also wait until the rain check is almost expired to see if a coupon shows up in the Sunday paper. Double savings!
